Your personal information is being collected by Wyndham City Council to enable you to enter the Melbourne International Three Day Event Competition. By entering this competition, you agree that your personal information including name and contact details will be used in the administration of the competition as stated in the Visit Werribee and Surrounds Melbourne International Three Day Event Competition’s terms and conditions. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.   1. This competition is run by Wyndham City Council (‘Council’) in the state of Victoria only. 
     
  2. This competition is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or Instagram.  You agree to release and hold harmless Meta and Instagram from any liability incurred in connection with your participation in this competition.
     
  3. By entering this competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions of entry.  If your entry does not comply with these terms and conditions, it will not be valid and will not be accepted.
     
  4. Entry is restricted to Victorian residents aged 18 years and over.  Council staff, Councillors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
     
  5. To enter the competition, you must submit a properly completed entry form at www.visitwerribee.com/WINE&DINEcompetition between 10:00am on 18 May 2026 and 12:00pm on 31 May 2026 .  Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

  1. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
     
  2. The competition winner will be drawn at 12:00pm on 1 June 2026 by Council officers. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries, who will receive the following prize: 
  • 1 x $100 Shadowfax voucher
  • 1 x $100 Tocca voucher
  • 1 x $50 Anaia voucher
  • 1 x $50 3030 Boulevard voucher

The total prize pool is valued at $300.  Terms and conditions apply to the redemption of each voucher.  For further information please contact the business directly.

  1. The winner will be contacted by phone and email by 5:00pm on 1 June 2026 
     
  2. If a winner cannot be contacted by 12:00pm on 2 June 2026, Council may opt to conduct a further draw to determine a new winner.
     
  3. The prize will be emailed to the winner to the email address provided in their entry form.  Council accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen prizes.
     
  4. Prizes not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
     
  5. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt entries.
     
  6. If for any reason this competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
     
  7. Council reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you.
     
  8. Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
