Werribee Steam Train Rides

Step back into the 1950's and travel by vintage steam train through Melbourne's western suburbs as they operate two steam locomotives with heritage wooden E-type carriages, departing Werribee Station on a 40-minute return journey.

These shuttles will operate as a return journey between Werribee and Laverton stations. Travel in their heritage wooden red rattler carriages dating back to 1908, featuring compartment seating, opening windows and pressed tin ceilings. Listen to the whistles of the engines as they pass modern commuter trains and wave to the locals as they pass through the suburbs of Werribee, Hoppers Crossing and Laverton.
