An easy 5 kilometre beachside ride or walk.

The Wyndham Bay Trail is a paved scenic route along the coastline of Port Phillip Bay between Werribee South Foreshore and Wyndham Harbour.

The 5 kilometre return, shared path is ideal for families, particularly those with scooters and trikes in tow.

Start your journey from Werribee South Beach carpark. This is where the Werribee River meets Port Phillip Bay and the perfect base to start from, with the small Bay Adventure Playground, fishing jetty, BBQs and toilets and the nearby Price Reserve playground and skate park.

It’s also a great spot for lunch, with fish and chips from Anglers Anchorage.

The Wyndham Bay Trail winds around the Bay, past Werribee South Beach with coastal views to your right and the market gardens to your left, before arriving at Wyndham Harbour, with cafes and public toilets.

Take time to explore the Harbour, try your hand at mini golf at The Elements Coastal Activity Park and grab an ice cream or fish and chips to enjoy on the lawn.

On weekends enjoy a lazy lunch and uninterrupted sea views at 3030 Boulevard, before your return journey.
