This competition is run by Wyndham City Council (‘Council’) in the state of Victoria, Australia only.
By entering this competition, you agree to accept these terms and conditions of entry. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions are not valid and will be disqualified.
To be eligible to enter this competition, you must be a Victorian resident aged 18 years or above. Council staff, Councillors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
To enter the competition, you must visit submit a properly completed entry form via the Visit Werribee and Surrounds website between 9:00am on 10 January 2025 and 12:00pm on 28 February 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
The competition will be drawn at 11:00am on 3 March 2025 by Council officers. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries who will receive a prize pack valued at $433.20. containing:
a) 2 x group entry passes to AquaPulse for 5 people (maximum 2 adults) valid until 30 June 2025 (valued at $78.60);
b) 2 x family passes (2 adults and 2 children) for entry to Werribee Park Mansion, valid until 31 December 2025 (valued at $74.60);
c) 2 x family passes (2 adults and 2 children) for 18 holes of mini-golf at Elements Coastal Activity Park (valued at $80);
d) a $100 voucher for Il Matto Werribee/Geo-Lab; and
e) a $100 voucher for Anaia Sanctuary Lakes.
The winner acknowledges that terms and conditions apply to the redemption of the prize passes and vouchers. The winner should contact Parks Victoria, The Elements Coastal Activity Park, AquaPulse, Il Matto Werribee and Anaia Sanctuary Lakes for further information in this regard.
The winner will be contacted by telephone by 5:00pm on 3 March 2025.
If the winner cannot be contacted by 12:00pm on 7 March 2025, Council may opt to conduct a further draw to determine a new competition winner.
The prize will be emailed to the winner’s email address as provided in their entry form. Council accepts no responsibility for lost prizes.
Council may, acting in its absolute discretion, require a winner to provide evidence of their identity, age and/or residential address.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, invalid or corrupt entries.
If for any reason this competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
